Judicial Settlement Conferences -You Should Know This

Posted by Kathleen Murphy | May 08, 2020

Presently our fine Wake County Judges are volunteering to conduct mediation in the form of Judicial Settlement Conferences.  The purposes of a Judicial Settlement Conference is to give clients the opportunity to resolve their issues for free with a Wake County Family Court judge who will act as the mediator.

This opportunity is timely and could prove very helpful (and it is faster than waiting for a court date).

We are enclosing the information for your use and consideration.
