COMMON QUESTIONS

There are many questions a domestic client will have and our office will attempt to answer these questions and update this site regularly with new questions and accompanied answers.

May I put my spouse out of the house immediately?
The only way to put a spouse out of the home is if there is domestic violence in the home. Therefore, if a couple is living together and neither will vacate the residence, your attorney will make some suggestions on how to accomplish a separation so that the one year period may begin.
